What you need to know
- The 10-day window starts from the date your subscription is activated.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Most refunds arrive within 5-7 business days.
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription. If you've previously received a refund and re-subscribe, the guarantee does not apply a second time.
- After 10 days, your subscription continues as normal and can be cancelled anytime (no refund for the current billing period, but you won't be charged again).
