What exactly do I get with Pro?
Pro unlocks written interpretations for your entire chart (yogas, dashas, houses, nakshatras, sade sati, bhava chalit, ashtakavarga, remedies), a personalized Composite Timeline on your dashboard, AI Chat (100 questions/week), 20% off all Premium PDF reports, up to 10 saved profiles, an ad-free experience, and early access to new features.
How is Pro different from the free plan?
Free shows you what your chart contains — the planets, houses, yogas, and dashas. Pro adds the interpretation layer that explains what it all means for your life, plus tools the free plan doesn't have at all (Composite Timeline, AI Chat, and discounted reports).
How many AI Chat questions do I get? Can I buy more?
Pro members get 100 AI Chat questions per week. This is a liberal quota — most users never hit it. We don't currently sell additional questions; the quota is designed to cover any reasonable use.
Do unused chat questions roll over?
No. The 100-question quota resets at the start of each week. Unused questions do not roll over to the next week.
How do the 20% report discounts work? Do they stack with promotions?
The 20% Pro discount is applied automatically at checkout on every Premium PDF report — no coupon code needed. If there's an active promotion on a report, you get whichever discount is larger (never both stacked). For example, if a report is on a 30% promo, you pay the promo price. If there's no promo, Pro saves you 20%.
Can I switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual plans?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Switches take effect at your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel, and what happens after?
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose anything immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 10-day refund policy on all Pro subscription purchases. If Pro isn't right for you, email support within 10 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount.
What happens to my saved profiles if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
All your profiles stay on your account — we never delete them. But on the Free plan, only the first 2 profiles are selectable for new calculations. If you upgrade back to Pro, all your profiles become selectable again.
Do you offer student or regional pricing?
Pro pricing is automatically shown in your local currency on the pricing page, so users in different regions pay a fair local price. We don't have a dedicated student tier, but our regular pricing is already designed to be accessible — and we run periodic promotions that you can see on the pricing page.
