Delete your ModernAstro account
You can delete your account in the ModernAstro app or on this website. A support request is not required.
How to delete
- In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. On the website, use the button below and sign in.
- Read the deletion notice. Enter a password only if you have set one; Apple or Google sign-in alone does not require one.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Successful deletion signs you out and removes the account.
What is removed and retained
Deletion removes your account, saved birth profiles, conversations, report birth-data snapshots and access grants. Report download access is revoked immediately; stored PDFs are erased during cleanup, with failed cleanup retried. Financial transaction records, including customer name/email snapshots, remain for tax, accounting and dispute handling. Security diagnostics, backups and copies you exported follow their separate retention and cannot be erased by removing the app. See the privacy policy for details.
Deleting an account does not cancel an existing recurring payment mandate or issue a refund. Contact [email protected] for help with an existing mandate. You may still delete immediately.
If Apple access remains after deletion, remove ModernAstro under Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple before authorizing a new account.
